Every event gets its own shareable QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera and a personalised capture page opens in their browser - no app and no sign-up. They can upload from their camera roll or take a new photo (or video, on Premium), and everything lands in your private gallery.

Yes. Your gallery is private by default, and you can enable PIN protection if you want an extra layer. You choose whether to share it with guests. Anyone with your event link or QR code can see photos and videos in the shared gallery, and with moderation on you approve each one first. Your photos and videos are stored on servers in the UK (London).
